I have had Microsoft Office professional 2010 installed on my computer until this last April when I had to redo my hard drive since than have not been able to download it. I got windows 10 installed on my computer about that time and since than can not find a place to download my 2010 Office professional. I have my product number and an order confirmation number . Is there any way I can get this office program to download.

I was installing office 2010 on my system with windows 7 when i have received this error. Please guide me what should I do. I have uninstalled earlier version with clean boot. but the same error pops out.

If you need a product key, you can still purchase a fresh Office 2010 version, either with download option, or with installation media. These old versions are quite affordable now. Please check out the following list of offers from Amazon, eBay etc. I already tried to find good deals for various editions. Sometimes the product is a lot cheaper in another language. In that case, you can use the product key to activate an installer in English (or any different language).

But if you liked Picture Manager, and its features are all you need, you can install it on your computer without uninstalling your current version of Office. You can install Picture Manager from an Office 2010, 2007, or 2003 installation disc if you have one. If not, you can download SharePoint Designer 2010 and install it from there.

Well I uninstalled Office SharePoint 2010 and sure enough Office Picture Manager went with it. I had hoped that would not happen; that maybe picture manager would stand alone. I think I will give it up because to keep it means installing, at this point, 55 more updates for Office 2010 on top of the 3 I did download/install. (All three uninstalled with SharePoint and Picture Manager.) So I seem to be clean of Office 2010 updates and SharePoint 2010. Disappointed about loosing Picture Manager. Oh well.

I installed Microsoft office 365 version 2016, and now my microsoft query is not working anymore like it was working on previous versions. I was using it to connect to external customer database to get their data , so not I cant do my report anymore. How can fix this problem? I did check on add-ins and there is now power query there, I tried to installed it and I am getting an error message saying power query is installed already.
